Consequences

Discipline may vary depending on the severity of the offense.

Cut Class Teacher assigned detention Lunch detention or community service, SARB process, parent conference, 3rd cut the student may be denied credit
Dress Code Violation Warning - Dress code Violation on record Lunch detention or community service, parent conference
Falsification of parent notes/phone messages or faked/copied parking permit Lunch detention or community service, parent conference Lunch detention or community service, parent conference
No-Show Detention 2 extra days detention for every 1 day no-show Parent conference
Violation of Acceptable Use Policy Student account is disabled for the remainder of the year; If enrolled in a class where computer use is mandatory, the student may be denied credit. Student  may receive additional consequences based on the nature of the violation (cyber bullying, harassment, cheating, etc.)
Violations of Academic Integrity Policy Parent conference and required completion of a 3 to 5-day "Academic Dishonesty" course. A grade of "F" in the course and placement on the CUHS ineligible list for the remainder of the semester.
